What are some challenges you have as a leader in different times like we have now with COVID-19?
COVID-19 has presented us with a variety of challenges from the uncertainty we first faced a year ago to, to school in a socially distant world, to now a competitive spring season. Ultimately, our team has risen to each and every challenge we have faced so far and we strive to see each practice and game as an opportunity to compete and prepare for all the challenges we are guaranteed to see in the future.
