Erik R. Christensen Jr.

Erik Christensen played for the Spiders in 1951 and 1953-55 and is the only Virginia collegian to be named All-State in football at the same school for four years. He was a two-way starter at offensive tackle and defensive end and played in the College All-Star game in 1956 in Chicago as a senior. Mr. Christensen was drafted by and played briefly for Washington and then proceeded to play in Canada with the Calgary Stampeders in 1956 and 1957.
