While at UR from 1930-33, Victor Chaltain was a four-sport standout, excelling in football, baseball, basketball and track. He was best known for his accomplishments on the gridiron, however, being a three-time All-Virginia Conference selection and an Honorable Mention All-America in 1933. Not only an athlete, Victor was President of both the senior class and Omicron Delta Kappa and received the Thomas P. McAdams prize for service to the school.
