The 1st Annual Baby Race was held at halftime of the men's basketball game against Xavier, Saturday February 1st at the Robins Center. Eleven red, blue and diaper-clad babies made up a strong field, attempting to crawl their way from one edge of the midcourt Spiders' Web to the other, while being cheered on by 8,000 fans. The winning baby, Ashton Hill, along with parents Cindy & Scott Hill, received 500 dollars worth of diapers from Ukrop's Supermarkets.
