Season-To-Date Recap
With the two wins this week, the field hockey team improved to 4-1 this season. Wells leads the team with four goals and has started all five contests so far this fall. Richmond's win on Sunday was its first against the Tribe since 1993. The Spiders return to action against Harvard, in College Park, Md., at 6 p.m. on Friday.
From The Coach
"Whitney worked really hard in the spring and summer," head coach Ange Bradley said. "She is playing with a lot of confidence. Whitney finds a way to get in front of the net and get the ball in the goal. This week was a positive step forward. It helped us know what we are capable of and helped us focus on continuous improvement."
