Men's Golf Moves To Ninth

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Led by sophomore Tyler Randol's 21st-place finish (73-75-75--223), the University of Richmond men's golf team placed ninth at the UCF/Rio Pinar Intercollegiate after carding a 310-300-293--903.
Junior Steven Sherck was the second Spider to finish in the top 25, carding a 224 (82-68-74). Senior Steve Lessing tied for 44th (76-79-74--229), John Pelet improved in the final round with a 72 and tied for 52nd (80-79-72--231) while senior Kyle Hess tied for 58th (81-78-73--232).
The Spiders return to action at the Geico-Direct Invitational in Mid-March.
