Thirty-Four Spider Student Athletes Named To Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond athletic department had 34 student-athletes named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the spring semester, as announced today by Atlantic 10 Commissioner Linda Bruno.
"I am pleased that our student-athletes are continuing Richmond's long tradition of academic and competitive success," Director of Athletics Jim Miller said. "The personal commitment required for this level of academic achievement while balancing the demands of competing as a Division I student-athlete is admirable."
To be listed on the Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete in an Atlantic 10-sponsored sport must have a 3.5 GPA or better on a 4.0 scale for the most recent semester. The Richmond student-athletes named to the Spring 2007 Commissioner's Honor Roll are:
