Gray Tied For 10th, Three Shots Off Lead At UNCW Lady Seahawk Invitational

WALLACE, N.C. - Freshman Christina Gray was just three shots off the lead after shooting a career-best 75 and the Richmond women's golf team is in 14th place after the first round of the UNCW Lady Seahawk Invitational played Monday.
The second round was one hole short of being completed Monday and will be concluded Tuesday morning, followed by the third and final round.
Gray shot a 3-over-par 75 on the par-72, 6,183-yard River Landing Golf Course to sit in a tie for 10th place, one shot out of a tie for third place and three strokes off the lead.
Richmond shot a 321 which has them in 14th place, one stroke ahead of Maryland and three shots out of a tie for 11th place.
Freshman Jillian Fraccola was tied for 51st after the first round with an 80, while sophomore Lauren Folgosa was tied for 59th at 82. Sophomore Anne Sprick was tied for 76th with an 84 and junior Rosario Germino was tied for 88th with a 90.
