KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Senior Anne Sprick is tied for 33rd at 7-over 151 and the Richmond women's golf team is in 16th place at the Palmetto Intercollegiate at Oak Point Golf Club.
Sprick shot a 6-over 78 in the first round and a 1-over 73 in the second round to finish the first day of the Palmetto Intercollegiate at 7-over 151.
The Spiders shot a 313 in the first round and a 312 in the second round to finish the day at 625, one shot behind Mississippi State entering Tuesday's final round.
Senior Lauren Folgosa is tied for 61st at 157 after shooting rounds of 79 and 78. Freshman Courtney Rousse is tied for 64th at 158 with rounds of 77 and 81. Freshman Tracy Martin is tied for 79th at 161 (79-82) and freshman Caroline Lovette is in 85th at 163 (83-80).
