Men's Golf Takes 15th At Mobile Bay Intercollegiate

MOBILE, Ala. - The Richmond men's golf team finished 15th at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate, completed Tuesday at Magnolia Grove Golf Club.
The Spiders finished with a 956 after rounds of 314 and 311 and 331.
Junior Robert Lindstrom and sophomore Michael Shrader tied for 39th at 232. Lindstrom went 74-77-81 and Shrader shots rounds of 78-78-76.
Senior Lawrence Lessing tied for 80th at 249 (81-78-90), while freshman Brad Miller (81-88-84) and junior Grant Rafield (84-78-91) tied for 85th at 253. "This was a tough tournament for us," Richmond head coach Adam Decker said. "We have two more tournaments before the Atlantic 10 Championship, so we have to get back to work this week and be ready to go at Marshall."
The Spiders return to action on April 3 at the Marshall Invitational at Guyan Country Club.
