
Fraccola In Fourth, Spiders In Fifth At Princeton Invitational

PRINCETON, N.J. - Sophomore Jillian Fraccola is tied for fourth and the Richmond women's golf team is in fifth place out of 12 teams after the first round of the Princeton Invitational.
Richmond shot a 316, which is three shots behind fourth-place Bucknell and nine shots back of a second-place tie between Penn and Rollins. Harvard is in first at 301.
The second and final round of the 36-hole tournament will be played on Sunday at the par-72, 6,131-yard Springdale Country Club.
Fraccola shot a 3-over-par 75, carding a 3-under 33 on the front nine and a 42 on the back. She is two shots out of second place and three shots out of first.
Senior Anne Sprick is tied for 20th with a 79, shooting a 1-under 35 on the front nine and a 44 on the back.
Freshman Courtney Rousse is tied for 26th with an 80, while senior Lauren Fologosa and freshman Tracy Martin are tied for 31st at 82.
