RESULTS
KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. - Sophomore Caroline Lovette is tied for 34th and the Richmond women's golf team is in 14th place after two rounds of the Palmetto Intercollegiate, played Monday at Oak Point Golf Club.
The Spiders shot a 311 in the first round and a 307 in the second round for a two-round total of 618.
Lovette shot a 2-over 74 in the first round and a 77 in the second round to sit at 7-over 151.
Senior Christina Gray and sophomore Tracy Martin are tied for 39th at 8-over 152, having both shot a 78 in the first round and a 2-over 74 in the second round.
Sophomore Courtney Rousse is tied for 74th at 163 (81-82) and freshman Danielle Pinder is in 87th at 171 (86-85).
The third and final round of the Palmetto Intercollegiate will be played Tuesday. The Spiders will conclude the fall season on Monday and Tuesday, hosting the Spider Invitational at Independence Golf Club.
