Women's Golf Ties For 15th At Pinehurst Intercollegiate

PINEHURST, N.C. - Richmond tied for 15th at the Pinehurst Intercollegiate, played Monday and Tuesday at Pinehurst No. 6.
The Spiders shot a 312 in the opening round and 320s in the second and third rounds to finish at 952.
Senior Anne Sprick and freshman Courtney Rousse tied for 51st at 234. Sprick shot a pair of 79s in the first two rounds and a 76 in the final round. Rousse shot a 74 in the first round, 78 in the second round and 82 in the third round.
Senior Lauren Folgosa tied for 65th at 241 (80-80-81) and freshman Tracy Martin tied for 76th at 244 (79-84-81). Junior Jillian Fraccola tied for 87th at 249 (83-83-83).
The Spiders return to action on April 5 at the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate in Morganton, N.C.
