Women's Golf Takes 14th At Hoya Invitational

BEALLESVILLE, Md. - The Richmond women's golf team finished 14th at the Hoya Women's Invitational.
The first two rounds were played on Monday and Tuesday's final round was cancelled due to the weather conditions.
The Spiders shot a 340 in the first round and a 338 in the second round to finish at 678.
Sophomore Caroline Lovette tied for 40th at 166 (84-82) and freshman Lauren Conder tied for 45th at 167 (80-87). Senior Christina Gray tied for 49th at 168 (86-82).
Senior Jillian Fraccola and sophomore Tracy Martin tied for 78th at 177, both shooting a 90 in the first round and 87 in the second round.
The Spiders will compete at the 2011 CAA Championship, April 22-24 at Pinehurst.
