Q: How do I get season tickets?
A: Please call the Robins Center Ticket Office at 1-877-SPIDER-1 or log onto RichmondSpiders.com.
Q: How can I purchase single-game tickets?
A: If available, single-game tickets can be purchased online at RichmondSpiders.com, or by calling 1-877-SPIDER-1.
Q: Can I sell my tickets to someone outside of the stadium on game day?
A: Re-sale of tickets on University of Richmond property is prohibited.
Q: I have a comment, complaint or question. Who do I talk to?
A: If you have a comment, complaint or question, please use the feedback form or e-mail RobinsStadium@richmond.edu.. If you are a neighbor in the immediate vicinity of campus and have a concern on Football Gamedays, please call the Good Neighbor Hotline at 804-289-8715. If you are a guest at the game, please visit the Guest Services Kiosk on Lessing Plaza, or seek any member of the Game Operations Staff.
Q: Can I purchase away game tickets?
A: Yes, you may call the Robins Center Ticket Office to purchase tickets for away games.
Q: Can you recommend some area hotels?

Q: What do I need to do to get a message on the scoreboard or over the public address system?
A: Unfortunately due to the in-game requirements, messages on the video board or public address system are limited to emergency situations and must be approved by the Department of Athletics.
Q: What can I bring into the stadium?

Q: My tickets were destroyed, lost, or stolen. Help!
A: Prior to game day, the Robins Center Ticket Office can reprint your lost or stolen pre-paid ticket. Please call 1-877-SPIDER-1 for assistance. On game day, please proceed to Ticket Window 1 with a valid government issued photo ID to reprint your ticket. Tickets will only be reprinted for the individual who purchased the tickets with a valid ID matching the name on the ticket account.
Q: How much does it cost to park?
A: If you are attending a Football game at the University of Richmond and do not have a parking pass, there is no cost to park in a University lot. Those guests without parking passes will be directed by the Game Operations Staff and Law Enforcement Officers to general parking lots throughout campus. Click here for complete parking information.
Q: How do I get a Spider Club parking permit?
A: A football season parking permit is a benefit of Spider Club membership for season ticket holders. Members are assigned to designated parking lots based on giving to the Spider Club Annual Fund and Spider Points. All permitted lots are capacity-controlled to assure parking for all permit holders. Q: Where is the ticket office located?
A: The Robins Center Ticket Office is located in the main lobby of the Robins Center on the lower level facing College Road.
Q: What are the hours of the ticket office?
A: The Ticket Office's normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The ticket office will open four hours prior to kickoff on game day.
A: Will Call is located at Ticket Window 2, which can be found on the concourse level outside the Robins Center. Richmond team guests tickets can be claimed at the main entranceway of Gate C (West Concourse). Richmond prospect tickets can be claimed at Gate E. Visiting team guest tickets can be claimed at Gate G (East Concourse). Valid government-issued photo ID required. Individuals must enter the stadium when tickets are claimed. A government-issued photo ID must be presented to claim all tickets and credentials. Tickets and credentials will only be given to the individual listed in Will Call with a matching and valid ID.
Q: Where are all of the Ticket Windows?
Robins Stadium guests will be serviced by four ticket windows on game days, which open four hours prior to kickoff. Please refer to the list below for locations and services offered at each window:
- Robins Center Ticket Office (Lower West Entrance): Game day Sales (if available), Ticket Reprints
- Ticket Window 1 (Robins Center North Side): Game day Sales (if available), Ticket Reprints
- Ticket Window 2 (Robins Center North Side): Pre-Paid Will Call
Q: How do I contact Lost & Found after the game?
A: All lost and found items are to be turned into the Guest Services Kiosk located on Lessing Plaza near Gate C. Beginning the Monday following each home game, lost and found items will be left at the Robins Center Ticket Office. This office can be reached at 804-289-8388 or 1-877-SPIDER-1.
