2015 Season Ticket Prices: Season (5 games): $135 • Faculty/Staff Season (5 games): $65
2015 Individual Game Tickets Individual game tickets for the 2015 season will go on sale July 1, 2015. Tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or at the Robins Center Ticket Office during normal business hours.
Away/Neutral Game Tickets Away game tickets for the 2015 season will go on sale July 1, 2015. The ticket office will acquire tickets for all away football games. Away game tickets can be purchased online, over the phone or at the Robins Center Ticket Office during normal business hours.
Day of Game Sales If available, single-game tickets can be purchased at the Robins Center Ticket Office on Gameday. Ticket Windows at the Robins Center and Robins Stadium open four hours before kickoff. Due to the Robins Center renovation, tickets will be for sale at the Robins Center Main Ticket Office, located on the lower west entrance. Tickets can be purchased via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check or cash.
Player/Guest/Prospect Tickets Richmond player and coach guests tickets can be claimed at the main entranceway of Gate C (West Concourse of Robins Stadium) on game day. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. These individuals must enter the stadium at the exact time their tickets are claimed. Richmond prospect tickets can be claimed at Gate A. A valid government-issued ID is required. These individuals must enter the stadium at the exact time their tickets are claimed.
Visiting team player and coach guest tickets can be claimed at Gate G (located on the East Concourse of Robins Stadium). A valid government-issued photo ID is required. Theseindividuals must enter the stadium at the exact time their tickets are claimed.
Gate A: Richmond prospect tickets.
Gate C Main Entranceway: Richmond player guest list.
Gate G: Visiting team pass list and will call.
Will Call Tickets reserved and placed at Will Call can be claimed at the Ticket Window 2 located on the North entrance of the Robins Center beginning four hours prior to kickoff. A government-issued photo ID must be presented to claim all tickets and credentials. Tickets and credentials will only be given to the individual listed in Will Call with a matching and valid ID. Lost/Stolen Tickets Prior to Game day, the Robins Center Ticket Office can reprint your lost or stolen pre-paid ticket. Please call 1-877-SPIDER-1 for assistance. On Gameday, please proceed to the Ticket Window 2 located on the North entrance of the Robins Center with a valid government-issued photo ID to reprint your ticket. Tickets will only be reprinted for the individual who purchased the tickets with a valid ID matching the name on the ticket account.
Re-entry Re-entry to Robins Stadium is strictly prohibited. Fans are not allowed to leave Robins Stadium at any time and return, including halftime. Re-entry is permitted should Robins Stadium be evacuated due to an emergency.
Refunds/Resales Tickets cannot be resold at Robins Stadium. The University of Richmond is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. There are no refunds on tickets.
Ticket Windows Robins Stadium guests will be serviced by four ticket window locations on Gamedays, which each open four hours prior to kickoff. Please refer to the list below for locations and services offered at each window:
· Robins Center Ticket Office (Lower West Entrance): Gameday Sales (if available), Pre-paid Will Call, Ticket Reprints · Ticket Window 1 (Robins Center North Side): Gameday Sales (if available) and ticket reprints · Ticket Window 2 (Robins Center North Side): Pre-Paid Will Call · Ticket Window 3 (Robins Stadium East Side): Gameday Sales (if available)
Handicap Access Handicap seating is available in Sections 103-107, 113-116 and in the end-zone seating sections 110-111 and 118.
Handicap accessible gates at Robins Stadium are Gates: C and H.
** Please note, handicap seating in Sections 110-116 are ONLY accessible through Gate H. Handicapped seats in Sections 103-107 are ONLY accessible through Gate C.
