Lauren Conder Places Sixth At UNCW Seahawk Classic

WALLACE, N.C. – The University of Richmond Spiders women's golf team wrapped up play at the UNCW Seahawk Classic on Sunday morning in Wallace, N.C.
The Spiders carded a final round team score of 333 (+45) to finish the event in ninth place with a three-round total of 1005 (+141). Elon won the nine-team tournament with a score of 907 (+43).
Senior Lauren Conder notched her second top-10 finish of the season, leading the Spiders with her sixth place finish. Conder carded a final round 76 (+4) to finish the tournament with a score of 228 (+12). The senior was solid all weekend for Richmond, shooting rounds of 75-77-76.
Fellow senior Krystin Schwarze placed 44th overall with a score of 256 (+40), while sophomore sophomore Kira Kuhnert finished in 46th with a total of 264 (+48).
Sophomore Tiara Baskerville tied for 47th place overall with a score of 267 (+51), while classmate Alicia Reggiannini placed 50th with a total of 271 (+55).
The Richmond Spiders women's golf team will be back on the course on April 12 when the team faces in-state rival William & Mary in a dual match.
