Meet Austin…
Career aspirations: My first goal is to play in the NFL. When football is exhausted I may begin a career in city/local government and see where that takes me.
Three words to describe yourself: Driven, accountable, positive
Best moment as a Spider: I'd have to say it's a tie between winning the first game of my college career at Duke and beating William and Mary my sophomore year to get a share of the 2012 CAA Championship.
The best nickname on the team: Caleb High- Big Daddy, Gary Wortham- Fat Magic
Strengths: Hardworking, Coachable
Toughest opponents: The best defensive line I've faced since I've been in college was NC State's last year. All their guys in the two deep were quick, fast, and physical. The toughest opponents are always our rivals in the CAA, JMU, William, Mary, Delaware, and really anyone in the conference.
Working to improve: My pad level.
Favorite meal: A good steak, broccoli, and some sweet potato fries.
Favorite ice cream: Moose Tracks
On your playlist: Gucci, Wale, Drake, J. Cole, Lil Wayne, Meek Mill and John Legend
Most embarrassing thing on your playlist: 1+1 by Beyonce
If you have one wish: I wish I could meet Jesus.
What most people don't know about you: I like to cook.
Hidden talent: I can sing.
Dream car: Range Rover
If you could travel anywhere in the world: I'd take a vacation to Fiji and relax on the beach.
Pets: Dog named Louie.
Hero: My parents have always been my role models. They have instilled in me a great work ethic and have always taught me to do the right thing.
Favorite childhood TV show: Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive: Jesus Christ
