Join Former Spider Football & NFL Player Shawn Barber On Zoom Monday For NFL Draft Recap

RICHMOND, Va. – Former University of Richmond football star and NFL player Shawn Barber will hold a live Zoom call with Spider fans Monday afternoon recapping the 2020 NFL Draft and his time as a Spider Football student-athlete. The Zoom call is set for 2-2:45 p.m. Monday and is being sponsored in conjunction with The Spider Club and the UR Alumni Association.
Spider fans interested in joining the event can register at https://bit.ly/BarberUR and is free to join. Barber was a 1998 graduate of Richmond and was part of the Spider football program from 1993-97. He was selected in the fourth round of the NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins. He spent 10 years in the NFL playing with the Redskins, Philadelphia Eagles (twice), Kansas City Chiefs and the Houston Texans.
