Spider Athletics Announces Partnership With TicketSmarter

RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond and Spider Sports Properties have announced an agreement with TicketSmarter making it an official resale partner of Spider Athletics.
"We are excited to partner with The University of Richmond as an extension of our strategy to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships that provide Spiders fans with an enhanced ticketing experience," said TicketSmarter CEO Jeff Goodman. "We look forward to developing our relationship with Richmond over the next several years."
As an official ticket resale marketplace, TicketSmarter will gain exclusive marketing and sponsorship rights for Richmond Spider Athletics, and give Spiders fans a safe, trusted platform to buy and sell tickets. The University of Richmond joins a growing list of Universities in the U.S. partnering with TicketSmarter, including VCU, UMass & Rhode Island.
"We are excited to partner with Ticket Smarter as an official resale partner which will give our fans a safe and secure option to purchase tickets to Spider athletic events," Senior Director of Strategic Ticketing & Sales Analytics Mark Driscoll said.
