Athletics Attendance Policies Lifted In Response To Governor’s Executive Order

RICHMOND, Va. – In response to Executive Order 79 from the Governor's Office Friday, the University of Richmond athletics department plans to be at full capacity for home athletics events this fall, including Spider Football at Robins Stadium. The Governor's order lifts capacity limits for all events and eases COVID-19 physical distancing protocols.
The University of Richmond campus has moved to Lime Stage in its physically distancing framework June 1. The University will continue to closely monitor health conditions on campus and in our community and use the Physical Distancing Framework as a tool to respond to changing conditions.
Spider Football opens the 2021 fall season September 4 hosting Howard at Robins Stadium.
