Tyrek Funderburk Joins Coach Huesman On Behind The Web Thursday Noon-1pm At Glory Days Grill

He's taken it to the house and now he'll be in the house. Redshirt senior defensive back Tyrek Funderburk is this week's special player guest on Behind The Web with head football coach Russ Huesman this Thursday at Glory Days Grill, 10466 Ridgefield Parkway in the Gleneagles Shopping Center.  The live radio program airs from Noon-1pm on 106.1 ESPN, richmondspiders.com and espnrichmond.com.Â
Funderburk recorded two interceptions in the Spiders' victory over Stony Brook, the first of which he returned 30 yards for a pick-6 in the 51-7 victory. For the season he has 21 tackles, one-and-a-half for loss and has forced a fumble. Tyrek is the veteran of the secondary, with 36 games played, including 18 games started. He has five interceptions in his career.
