Helbling Takes Home A-10 Track Performer of the Week

Newport News, Va.— Rachel Helbling put together two strong performances at home on Friday to be named this week's Atlantic 10 Women's Track Performer of the Week.
Rachel Helbling opened the season with a 2:10.18 personal best in the 800m run at Friday's Fred Hardy Invitational. Not only did Helbling take first in the 800, but the McDonald, Pa. native also anchored the Spiders' winning 4x400 that crossed first with a 3:48.45.
The Spiders head to N.C. State for the Raleigh Relays March 24-26.
