Spiders Clock Personal Bests at Raleigh Relays

Raleigh, N.C.— Elizabeth Stockman (Rocky Hill, Conn.) ran a personal best 5,000 time of 16:48.60 to close out day two of the Raleigh Relays hosted by N.C. State.
Rachel Helbling (McDonald, Pa.) ran a 54.78 for fifth overall in the 400m dash, while Virginia Beringer (Fredericksburg, Va.) clocked a 58.61 and Morgan Lyons (Basking Ridge, N.J.) ran a 1:02.44.
Tamar Accius (Jacksonville, Fla.) opened the day with an 11.96 showing for 25th in the 100m dash, while Lily Snow (Richmond, Va.) ran a 4:44.48 in the 1500 and Isabel Blaylock (Dallas, Tex.) followed with a 4:44.81.
The Spiders are back at Paul Derr Track for day three of the event tomorrow.
