Morris-Walker, O'Haire Claim Honors In Final CAA Weekly Awards

Richmond, Va. — True freshman kicker Sean O'Haire and graduate linebacker Quantraill Morris-Walker, two players instrumental in Richmond's 27-0 Capital Cup victory over William & Mary, have been named Coastal Athletic Association Special Teams and Defensive Player of the Week, respectively, announced by the conference Monday morning.
O'Haire kicked two field goals and three extra points in Richmond's 27-0 win over William & Mary. The freshman put the Spiders on the board with a career-long 50-yard field goal, which tied for the seventh-longest in program history, and added a 30-yarder in the fourth quarter. O'Haire remains perfect on the season, converting all nine of his field goal attempts so far.
Morris-Walker posted a career-high 11 tackles, 2.0 tackles for loss, and a sack to lead a dominant defensive performance in the win. The linebacker was a key contributor to a Spiders defense that limited the nation's fourth-ranked rushing attack to just 64 yards and 164 total yards, recording the first shutout against their rival since 1973.
