Stockman Named A-10 Track Performer of the Week in Two Consecutive Polls

Richmond, Va. – Elizabeth Stockman has been named this week's Atlantic 10 Track Performer of the Week announced by the conference Tuesday. Stockman has earned the conference honors in two consecutive weeks.
Stockman obtains this honor after her impressive performances at the Scarlet Knight Open this past weekend. In the 3000m, she broke the event program record with the 1st place finish and personal best of 9:26.32 (previously set by Madison Trippett in 2023 – 9:29.08). Stockman also found success in the mile, taking the 3rdplace finish with a personal best of 4:45.98 (No. 3 in program history).
Up next, Stockman and the Spiders will split through February 9-10. One group will make the short trip to the Darius Dixon Invitational hosted by Liberty as the others will travel to Boston, Mass. to compete in the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
