37 Spiders Named to 2024 CAA Football Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll

Richmond, Va. — University of Richmond football players were named to the CAA Football 2024 Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll, announced by the conference Thursday afternoon.
CAA Football recognized 713 student-athletes as members of the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for the 2024 Spring semester. The conference honors student-athletes for three different levels of achievement. Those with a 4.0 grade point average are recognized as High Honors with Distinction. Student-athletes with a GPA between 3.7 and 4.0 are recognized as High Honors. Student-athletes with a GPA between 3.0 and 3.7 are recognized as Honors. There were 53 football student-athletes earning High Honors with Distinction, 125 football student-athletes achieving High Honors, and 535 football student-athlete receiving Honors. Student-athletes on the Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll must have attained a minimum grade point average of 3.0 during the designated academic term and been enrolled as a full-time student.
Offensive linemen Tom Elia and Cade Salyers as well as punter Aaron Trusler took home High Honors with Distinction, while wide receiver Trey Mancuso, linebacker Quantraill Morris-Walker and tight end Alex Smith earned High Honors.
