What's Happening at Robins Stadium This Season

The defending CAA champion Spiders will have six games at Robins Stadium during the 2024 season including a final CAA matchup against longtime rival Delaware and The Capital Cup presented by C&F Bank showdown with William & Mary. Here's what you can expect to see, hear, eat, and more at every Spider Football home game this season.

Spider Brews presented by Joyner Fine Properties
Spider Brews pre-game events return this season with local craft beer and food tasting prior to our home opener on September 7th vs Wofford and October 19th against Delaware. Packages begin at just $35 and include both the pre-game event as well as your game ticket. For those who already purchased tickets, add-on Spider Brews for just $10 each! Chairback Seating
We are delighted to announce that chairbacks are back! These comfortable, cushioned seats are a great add-on option for our Spider season ticket holders for only $35/seat. The best part — it's already placed on your seat for you! Please call 1-877-SPIDER-1 to purchase.

Family Fun Zone
The family fun zone, located in the north end zone on the track, promises to keep Spiders of all ages excited and entertained during football games. The family fun zone opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off. We ask that parents accompany their children while in the fun zone.

Spiders Kids Club presented by Buffalo Wild Wings
The Spiders Kids Club returns with 2023 pricing and three tiers of membership to choose from: Spiderlings, Spiders & WebstUR Jr. The Kids Club offers young Spider fans the opportunity to choose the level with the benefits they want to enjoy during the upcoming Spider sports season. Membership is for children aged 13 and under and is valid until June 30, 2025.

Patio Hospitality (North End Zone)
Our north end zone patios are perfectly positioned under the videoboard and are a great place to enjoy the game with your friends or family! This open-air space will have field-level bleachers, picnic tables with umbrellas, and the perfect view of the end zone! Catering is offered through various Spider Sport Properties partners. Red Zone Hospitality Suites (South End Zone)
Get in the heart of the action with the Red Zones Suites! These premium party spaces positioned right next to the south end zone of Robins Stadium. Offering a unique game-day experience with tented spaces and a clear view of the end zone, you could almost catch a touchdown pass! Each Red Zone includes catering services and can accommodate up to 100 fans per suite. Don't miss out on this exclusive opportunity! Youth Football Kickoff Day – Youth football teams around the Richmond area are invited to join the Spiders for gameday! Youth Teams will be allowed to participate in a pregame parade of teams and form a tunnel as the Spiders take the field. September 14 vs Charleston Southern – Richmond's Family Weekend Presented by Sheehy Lexus of Richmond

UR Family Weekend: We are excited to showcase our top-ranked beautiful campus and welcome our students' parents back this fall! If you're planning to attend the game, join us for our Family Weekend Tailgate taking place in the Front Forest outside of the Robins Center beginning at Noon. Enjoy local food trucks, live music, games/contests and much more!
Throughout the game, we will honor our 2024 Atlantic 10 Champion men's basketball, women's basketball and women's lacrosse teams! Meet the teams pregame on Lessing Plaza for photos and autographs!

November 2 vs Towson – Homecoming 2024

Calling all Spiders! Come back to campus for Homecoming 2024!
Starting at 12:30 pm, join us for the Homecoming tailgate on Lessing Plaza and Spider Hall for live music, food trucks, games, and a beer garden! Event is free to attend.
At halftime, we will welcome our class of 2024 Hall of Fame inductees!
Hero Appreciation Day! We invite current and former military, fire and police officers out to the game. Throughout the game, there will be special salutes.

November 23 vs William & Mary – The Capital Cup Presented by C&F Bank

The Spiders will face the Tribe of William and Mary in the 135^th meeting of the "South's Oldest Rivalry".
Before the game, we will honor our 2024 seniors in a pregame ceremony, exact timing will be updated closer to game day.

Football Alumni Day! We welcome back all of our former Spiders for a special day at Robins Stadium including the 1984 Football team who celebrate the 40^th anniversary of our first NCAA football playoff appearance!
