Strebel and Condon Named A-10 Under Armour Rookies of the Week

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Atlantic 10 announced its cross country rookies of the week Tuesday. Honored this week are freshmen Lily Strebel and Andy Condon.

For the first time this season, Strebel and Condon earned rookie of the week honors after leading the Spiders to wins at Coastal Carolina's Chanticleer Challenge.

Strebel finished first with a time of 17:29.56, missing the course record by one second.

Condon placed second, setting a new course record with a time of 23:46.61.

The Spiders return to action Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Louisville Classic in Louisville, Kentucky.
