ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The University of Richmond women's track and field team recorded several top-two finishes on Saturday at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational at the Wesley A. Brown Field House.

Molly Flanagan won the 500 meters with a time of 1:14.55, while Caroline Donohoe followed closely in second place at 1:14.59. Ashley Bolesh captured first place in the 800 meters, crossing the line in 2:15.45.

In the 5,000 meters, Hallie Muniz claimed the victory with a time of 17:30.50. Mollie Fenn finished second in 17:36.98.

Molly Wise posted a winning mark of 6.12 meters in the long jump to take first place. Sydney Phillips placed seventh with a personal best mark of 5.22 meters.

Richmond also earned a relay win as the 4x400-meter relay team of Gabrielle Cummings, Morgan Elliott, Flanagan and Donohoe finished first in 3:53.37.

Competing unattached, Zachary Stevens finished the men's 3,000 meters in 8:59.28, while Patrick Doherty clocked 8:58.11. Alex Mastroly placed fifth in the men's mile in 4:16.87.

Spiders return to action Jan. 23-24 for a split weekend at the VMI Invitational and the Liberty Open.
