Richmond Finishes in Top 16 at CSCAA National Invitational Championships

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond concluded the final day of the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Invitational Championships. Over the three days, the Spiders qualified for multiple final events, with three Spiders advancing to A finals. Richmond finished 16th with 216 points out of 52 teams.

Presley Baber finished fifth in the A final of the 100 free with a time of 49.84.

In the B final, Molly Blanchard finished 17th in the 100 IM with a time of 57.03.

In the 1650 free, Kaitlyn Bauer finished ninth with a time of 16:44.12, while Erin Budde placed 29th with a time of 17:06.50.

In the 400 free relay, Richmond finished with a time of 3:23.38. The relay consisted of Hannah Wieczorek, Bauer, Budde and Baber.
