Track and Field Competes at IC4A/ECAC Championships

PISCATAWAY, N.J. – The University of Richmond women's track and field team and members of the men's cross country team competed at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Championships, hosted by Rutgers University. Highlighting the meet was Andy Condon, who captured gold, along with multiple Spiders who earned All-East honors.

Condon captured gold in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:45.40.

Caroline Donohoe earned silver in the 800 meters with a time of 2:08.60.

Cooper Groat captured bronze in the 800 meters with a time of 1:53.30.

The women's 4x800-meter relay finished eighth with a time of 9:38.68.

In the 5,000 meters, Paige Joyce finished seventh with a personal-best time of 17:42.22, and Lily Strebel finished eighth with a time of 17:43.79. Estella Bruneau (17:44.47) and Samantha Lorey (18:46.50) also recorded personal-best times.

Bennett Wright finished eighth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:49.99.
