2018-19 (Senior):
Cross Country
- Raced in the Paul Short Gold Run, recording a time of 23:39.4
- Set a personal best in the 5k event at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships with a time of 17:02.82 to take fifth overall
- Ran the mile at the A-10 Championships in 5:03.22 to take eighth
- Took third overall in the 5k at the Penn State National meet with a time of 17:17.52
- Placed second at the Keydet Invitational in the 3k event with a time of 10:05.43
- Placed 11thin the 3,000 steeplechase at the A-10 Championship with a time of 10:43.44 in adverse conditions
- Took 13thoverall at the Mt. SAC Relays in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 10:27.89
- Set a new personal best in the 3,000 steeplechase of 10:26.72 to take second in the 2019 Colonial Relays
