Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 3000m at the Keydet Invitational with a time of 10:09.00
Finished sixth in the 3000m with a time of 9:52.13 at the Penn State National Open and helped the DMR team to a fourth-place finish (11:43.48)
Took home second-place in the mile (4:56.05) at the VMI Classic
At the Atlantic 10 Championship:
- Helped the DMR team win the event for the fourth-straight season with a time of 11:37.39
- Took home fourth in the 3000m with a personal best time of 9:50.87
At the IC4A/ECAC Championship:
- Turned in a personal best time of 4:50.00 to advance out of the prelims of the mile
- Finished 10^th in the finals of the mile with a time of 5:03.08
- Helped the DMR team to a bronze medal with a time of 11:50.39

High School

One of Virginia's top distance runners throughout her high school career.
Won the 2018 VHSL Class 5 State Cross Country Championships after placing seventh in 2017 and sixth in 2016.
Went undefeated in the 1000m, 1600m, and 3200m indoors in 2019 until the National Championships, where she finished 11^th in the Mile, running 4:53.16.
Four-time individual State Champion including winning the 1000m and 1600m indoors in 2019.
