Men's Soccer Senior Added To Richmond Kickers' Roster

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - Senior Joe Vidmar (Brookfield, Ill.) of the University of Richmond men's soccer team was announced to the Richmond Kickers' roster for the 2004 season as a midfielder/defender.
After leading the Spiders to a regular season Atlantic 10 Championship and an undefeated conference mark of 7-0-4 last season, Vidmar played for the Richmond Kickers Future (PDL) and started 11 of 12 games tallying three assists.
As team captain at Richmond, Vidmar was named to the Atlantic 10 Preseason All-Conference Team, A-10 All-Tournament Team and the A-10 All-Conference First Team. He was also an A-10 All-Academic and NSCAA/adidas All-South Atlantic All-America Third Team awardee during his senior campaign. Vidmar finished his career with 67 starts out of 78 contests and registered three goals and five assists in his career for 11 points.
