Don Evans says he is better than you in golf...is that true?

(Editor's Note...A little summertime, website fun with this question! Brian is a former athletic department staff member who still roots for the Spiders. Don Evans is one of Jim's best friends - except on the golf course apparently. Don is also Brian's father-in-law. So Brian, who do YOU think is the better golfer?)

Thanks for your question, Brian.

I hear statements like that regularly. And more often than not, it's true. I spend a great deal of time working to make Spider athletics as good as it can be...and I really don't have a lot of time for recreational golf.

And there are a number of people whose jobs allow them plenty of time to spend at the golf course, honing their game. I am quite sure many of them are better golfers than I am...however...

DON EVANS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!!
