Richmond Football Hosts Media Day

Head Coach Dave Clawson and his 2005 Spiders took a short break from their preseason practice routine to host the squad's annual Media Day. Comfortable temperatures and partly cloudy skies served as an ideal backdrop for pictures and interviews Thursday morning at First Market Stadium.
The players, coaches and support staff gathered for the traditional team photo, plus individual posed pictures. Coach Clawson and several players also took time to speak with area electronic and print media members about the upcoming season, which kicks off Thursday September 1 against 15th-ranked Massachusetts at UR Stadium. Game time for the Atlantic 10 tilt is 7 p.m.
