Richmond Announces 2007 Football Ticket Packages

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond Department of Athletics is introducing new opportunities for fans to maximize comfort and entertainment at home football games during the 2007 season. New cushioned chair-back seats and VIP hospitality opportunities will help ensure the most enjoyable Saturday afternoons with the Spiders.
New for this season and exclusive to season ticket holders, cushioned chair-back seats can be rented for an extra $30. These comfortable, all-weather seats feature thick cushioning, a sturdy chair-back and will be installed and waiting for you at every home game.
VIP Field-Level Festivities represent the most luxurious entertainment option for Spider Football fns to entertain your guests, clients, employees or friends. Be the closest to the action by cheering on the Spiders from a fully-catered, spacious tent behind the end zone. Please contact the Robins Center Ticket Office as availability for these VIP Field-Level Festivities is limited.
The adult season ticket price is $90 (10% discount), with youth and Clawson's Kids season tickets priced at $35. Adult individual game tickets can be purchased for $20 prior to game days and for $22 on game days. Youth tickets (children under 12) are always $7. Season ticket packages include a parking pass. If you were a 2006 football season ticket holder and have not received your 2007 renewal form, please contact the Robins Center Ticket Office.
Group ticket prices start at $9 for adult groups of 50 or more, $12 for groups of 20-49 and $20 for groups of less than 20. For youths, those prices are $5, $6 and $7, respectively.
Spider Club members at appropriate Web Levels will also receive a parking pass for the premium parking lots. General public parking is $5 on game days in lots surrounding UR Stadium.
Family Weekend is set for Richmond's home-opener versus New Hampshire on Saturday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. The Spiders' annual Homecoming celebration will be held Saturday, Nov. 3 when the football team hosts Villanova. The oldest football rivalry in the South and the fourth-oldest in all of college football is renewed when Richmond hosts William & Mary on Nov. 17 in the 117th meeting in the series.
