Ward, McBride On Spider Sportsline Tuesday At Outback

Spider fans will have their first opportunity to talk about the football team's number one national ranking when junior quarterback Eric Ward and sophomore linebacker Eric McBride join head coach Mike London for the live broadcast of The Spider Sportsline at Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad St., Tuesday, from noon-1 p.m. The weekly radio show airs on ESPN 950 and RichmondSpiders.com.
Ward threw for a career-high 273 yards and three touchdowns, while McBride was in on a team-high 10 tackles, including a quarterback sack, in the Spiders 44-17 Family Weekend triumph over Maine - a game that vaulted Richmond to the top spot in this week's Sports Network Football Championship Subdivision national rankings.
