Patrick Weldon Now Featured In Weekly CAA Football Spring Blog

RICHMOND, Va. - Rising junior LB Patrick Weldon is blogging throughout the Spring Football season and you can read his posts at CAASports.com. Weldon helped spearhead the Spiders' dominating defense that led Richmond to the 2008 National Championship.
Weldon will provide a candid look at Spider Football each week throughout the Spring Football season, much like Eric Ward did last season and Tim Hightower the season before.
The Spiders' annual Spring Game is set for Saturday, April 4th at 4 p.m. at UR Stadium.
CAASports.com plans to follow the 2009 spring season in a behind-the-scenes fashion with the CAA Football Spring Blog. Various student-athletes from all 12 league schools will be contributing to this season's blog throughout the offseason.
