Latrell Scott Throwing First Pitch At Sunday's Squirrels Game

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND - University of Richmond football head coach Latrell Scott will be throwing the ceremonial first pitch at Sunday's Richmond Flying Squirrels game. Sunday's game is a 5:05 p.m. start at The Diamond in downtown Richmond.
The game is the final game of a three-game series between the Squirrels and the Portland Sea Dogs.
A Richmond native, Scott, 35, is entering his first-year as the Spiders' head coach. In December, he assumed control of a program that is the reigning CAA Football Champions, has reach the postseason in each of the last three years and won the 2008 National Championship.
