The Game
• No. 14 Richmond is looking to bounce back and travels to Towson Saturday night for a match-up versus the No. 25 Tigers at Unitas Stadium.
• Richmond leads the all-time series 5-2 and has won three consecutive by a combined 81 points in the young series that dates back to the 2004 season.
• The Spiders are 3-0 in night games this season and have won six of their last eight played at night.

• Richmond enters the game ranked No. 14 in the Sports Network/Fathead.com Top 25, down from 10th after last week’s setback at James Madison.
• Saturday’s game versus Towson marks the Spiders’ third-consecutive versus a Top 25 team -- five of Richmond’s final six games are against teams currently in the Sports Network/Fathead.com Top 25.

• Junior FB Kendall Gaskins has TDs in every game this season and eight of the last 10 (dating back to last season). In his career, Gaskins is tied for ninth all-time at UR with 18 rushing TDs (19 overall).
• Gaskins’ seven TDs this season are the third-most recorded in the FCS.
• Junior LB Darius McMillan has recorded double-digit tackles in each of Richmond’s first five games and leads the Spiders (ranked third in the league and tied seventh nationally) with 59 stops this season (11.8 per game).
• McMillan had a career-best 15 tackles vs. JMU.
• Sophomore Wayne Pettus ranks second in the CAA (sixth nationally) with his 31.22-yd KO return average -- 6 of last 7 returns are 25+ yards.
• Richmond is in its 128th season of football and the Spiders have recorded six-consecutive winning seasons, which is the longest streak at UR since seven-straight winning campaigns in the 1920s.
