Gameday Game Plan: Week 10 at Old Dominion

Colin Pehanick vs. Nick Mayers
Senior S Colin Pehanick has been putting up career numbers this season as the team’s second-leading tackler with 70. He leads the squad with two interceptions, has forced two fumbles and recovered another. Saturday, he’ll face an ODU receiving corps with four players averaging 34 yards/game or better, led by the 57.4 yards/game from Nick Mayers.
Stephen Barnette vs. Devon Simmons
Two of the better passing offenses in the league will be on display Saturday at Foreman Field and look for redshirt freshman WR Stephen Barnette to step up if the league’s leading wideout Tre Gray gets all the attention. Barnette is itching for a breakout game, while ODU SS Devon Simmons is one of four Monarchs with at least two interceptions.
Darius McMillan vs. Angus Harper
Junior LB Darius McMillan is CAA Football’s third-leading tackler and is making his 757 homecoming Saturday along with classmate and fellow linebacker Derek Mayo. McMillan has recorded double-digit tackles in all but one game this season (9 vs. Towson). Harper is ODU’s leading rusher in total yards (415) and touchdowns (five) this season.
