Jasmonn Coleman - Associate Athletic Director for Development
Jasmonn joined the University of Richmond Athletics Department in 2008 and has served as Assistant Director of Athletics Development since November 2014. He is responsible for leading the fundraising efforts for athletics to include annual gifts, major gifts and capital campaigns. A 1998 graduate of Richmond, Jasmonn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication. He also played in 42 games as a defensive end on the Spider football team. Jasmonn served as the football radio analyst for the Spiders from 2005-2014, including the 2008 National Championship season.
A native of Richmond, Jasmonn attended nearby Henrico High School and currently resides on the Southside with his wife Niko and son Dyson.

Chris Schaefer - Assistant Athletic Director for Annual Giving
Chris Schaefer was named the new Assistant Director of Athletics for Annual Giving in March of 2020. Schaefer joins the Spider Club working with Associate Athletic Director for Development Jasmonn Coleman and will handle all day-to-day efforts in annual giving for athletics.

Schaefer spent the past seven years at Old Dominion, including the past three years as the Director of Development for the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation. He oversees and manages the ODU Annual Fund that has seen an $850,000 (31%) increase in 2019.

Schaefer has been a contributing member of the fundraising team that has raised $41 million in three years towards a $40 million capital campaign. He personally has secured over $1,300,000 in major gifts in the 2019 fiscal year for ODU Athletics, including multiple planned gifts and many first-time major gifts.

Schafer managed multiple seat selection processes at football, men's basketball and women's basketball while implementing an overhaul of the Athletic Foundation membership structure in response to the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. He created and implemented a commemorative brick campaign that raised $157,000 for the new football stadium at ODU.

Lindsay Biggs - Spider Club Operations Coordinator
Lindsay joined the Spider Club team in March 2016. In this role, she will be working closely with athletic donors, creating and executing all member benefits, administering Spider Club benefits through donor recognition programs, as well as coordinating marketing and communication strategies.
Lindsay comes to Richmond from Florida State where she served as the Director of Recruiting Operations for the women's basketball team as well as a Student-Athlete Services assistant in their Student-Athlete Development department. Prior to her time at Florida State she worked at ESPN's Wide World of Sports in Third Party Sales and Programming.
Lindsay received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech in 2010 where she was a member of the women's basketball team and her master's degree in Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013. Following her collegiate career, she played professionally in Israel and The Netherlands.

Allie Ware - Associate Director of Parent and Major Giving

Allie Ware, '14, returned to the University of Richmond in February 2019 after spending the last four years at Mercer University. While at Mercer, Ware served as the Assistant Director of the Mercer Athletic Foundation and assisted in overseeing football game day operations, including parking, special events, and fan engagement. Additionally, Ware was the direct contact between student-athletes and 400 Fund donors.
In October of 2018, in conjunction with the Mercer Athletic Department, Ware announced the creation of the  "Mercer Women's Athletic Endowment: Enhancing Opportunities and Impacting Leaders" to support the school's 10 women's varsity. The endowment was the first in the Southern Conference and one of the first of its kind in college athletics.
Prior to being promoted as the Assistant Director of the Mercer Athletic Foundation, Ware served as the Development Assistant as well as the Director of Operations for the Mercer women's lacrosse team. She was responsible for all annual renewal mailings for Bear Plus members while also creating the Lettermen's Club, a giving society for former student-athletes.Â
