Richmond?s Fisher Earns Pair Of All-American Honors
UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. – University of Richmond Spiders RB Seth Fisher was named a First-Team All-American by The Sports Network on Tuesday, after being named a Second-Team All-American by the Beyond Sports Network on Monday.
Fisher is the second Richmond player to earn All-American honors this year after OL Austin Gund was earned the honors from both the Associated Press (3rd) and College Sports Madness (2nd).
Fisher was tremendous for the Spiders in 2014, leading the team with 777 rushing yards on 170 carries. The Salem, Va. native and First-Team All-CAA selection finished third in the CAA with 16 total touchdowns on the year.
