Spider Football Set To Host Pro Day On Tuesday

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond Spiders football team will welcome National Football League scouts and position coaches to Elkin Sports Performance for the team’s annual Pro Day.
This year's events will be closed to the general public, with only participants and scouts allowed to attend.
Among the players participating in the Pro Day activities will be Richmond players Ben Edwards, Kerry Wynn and Wayne Pettus.
Richmond's Pro Days have traditionally been well attended by NFL scouts and coaches in recent history, as NFL players and Spider alumni Cooper Taylor (New York Giants), Kendall Gaskins (New York Giants), Lawrence Sidbury (Indianapolis Colts) and Justin Rogers (Miami Dolphins) have all participated.
