Post-Practice Quotes
“It is a great day. The sun is out and we put a lot of good work into today. We handled a little adversity yesterday with the lightening and having the internet down, so we had to go in and cancel a little bit of stuff. I thought we responded really well today.”
-- Defensive Coordinator Bob Trott shares his thoughts on this morning’s practice
“The defense was very physical today. We’re trying to get better each and every day, running our keys, reading our assignments and just improving from what we see on film. We see the little mistakes and errors and we are just watching the film and correcting them.”
-- LB DeShawn Holmes on the defense
“The offense started fast today, but in 7-on-7 drills we had to pick it up, it wasn’t great, but we ended up finishing strong. Thought we picked it up in the goal line period, scoring at the end. The defense is going to make some plays and it’s just on us to give maximum effort and carry that throughout practice.”
-- QB Michael Strauss on the offense’s effort at practice
