Howard, Abell Join Rocco For Playoff Sportsline Tuesday
A football playoff edition of the Spider Sportsline will be held this Tuesday, Dec. 1 with All CAA First Team linebacker Omar Howard and WR Porter Abell set to join Coach Danny Rocco on the program. The popular radio show airs live from Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad Street, from noon-1pm on ESPN 950, SPORTS FM 100.5, RichmondSpiders.com and ESPN950am.com.

The Spiders earned a No. 7 seed and first round bye in the FCS Playoffs. Richmond will host a second round game at Robins Stadium Saturday Dec. 5 at noon against state and conference rival William & Mary. Richmond defeated the Tribe, 20-9, in the regular season finale two weeks ago in the 125th renewal of the storied rivalry. Howard recorded a game-high 14 tackles.

A video archive of each week’s show will be posted on the same page and each show will also be archived for audio playback in ESPN 950's Audio Vault.The Spider Sportsline with Coach Rocco will continue to air live from Outback, 7917 W. Broad St., every Tuesday throughout the Spiders' playoff run. Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad Street, is open for lunch seven days a week at 11 a.m.
