Spider Football Training Camp Opens Thursday
UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. - The University of Richmond Spiders football team will begin training camp at Robins Stadium on Thursday, August 6.
The Spiders will have 17 practices leading up to its 2015 season opener at Maryland on Sept. 5. Under head coach Danny Rocco, all 17 of the Spiders practices will be open to the public for the fourth-consecutive year.

With practices being held at both Robins Stadium and the Grass Practice Fields on River Road, fans attending practice are asked to remain in the bleachers. In Robins Stadium, fans are asked to sit in the stands on the west side of the stadium. Only coaches, players, scouts and athletic personnel are allowed on the field. Fans are reminded that dates and times are subject to change due to weather.
