Record-Setter Brown, Craig Featured On Tuesday's Sportsline
Senior captains Brian Brown and Winston Craig will join Coach Danny Rocco on Tuesday's Spider Sportsline at Outback Steakhouse, 7917 W. Broad St. The popular radio show airs live from noon-1pm during the college football season on ESPN 950, SPORTSFM 100.5, espn950am.com and RichmondSpiders.com, as well as on tablets and mobile devices.
Brown shattered the school record for career receiving yards on a 23-yard touchdown in the third quarter of Saturday's thrilling 38-31 victory over nationally-ranked Colgate at Robins Stadium. Brown later added a 66-yard touchdown reception, finishing the day with seven catches for 148 yards, marking his Richmond record 15th 100-yard receiving game. He now has 3,178 career yards.
Craig created chaos in the Raider backfield, with a quaterback hurry, assisting on a tackle for loss and anchoring a defense that limited Colgate to 12 first downs and just 57 yards passing.
